concealed hinge screws

Hi I have a Dada Kitchen, italian brand from 1996. I can't figure out how to unscew the base of the clipon hinge. The screw heads are unaccessable it seems that I need to reemove the adjustment plate. Anybody seen one like this?

Morning Over the years the side adjustment screws in concealed hinges on a wardrobe door have fallen out and disappeared to the point the wardrobe doors are hanging off. I don't know what the screws are called and cannot for the life of me find them online or in stores. Can anyone help? Or am I...
