cylinder lock

Just found our that my front door to my flat can be opened with another key, screwdriver or pretty much anything. I need to replace the cylinder, (Landlord's on holiday)found some on ebay but stuck on sizes to purchase, any help appreciated...

How do I remove the cylinder lock I was expecting to see a screw like the upvc euro cylinders

Hi all, My door key is stuck in the lock in the rotated position. I cannot turn the key or pull it out. I have attached a picture. I am wondering if anyone can advise on this? Thanks
