door hinge

Hi, My upvc door seems to be coming loose at the top hinge. I tighten it with an allen key, to pull the top of the door towards the hinge side which seems to last for a couple of days only for it to become loose again, and then starts catching on the frame and creating friction on the frame...

Hi all Can anyone tell me if this butt hinge is adjustable? There are three on the door and the door has dropped slightly and is catching on the bottom. It seems that it is not adjustable, there appears to just be a pin going down the middle. Just thought I'd check in case I'm missing anything...
