dripping mixer tap

Hi, my tap is dripping from the spout, when I push the cold tap forward a tiny bit it stops, but not if I push the hot. Does this mean I need a valve for the cold tap? Thankyou, Jeanette TV

hi i have a mixer tap which is constantly dripping. my question is how do you change the seal on it as I've no idea how or where to get to it
