Hi, Im hoping someone would be able to give me some advice on how to fix this blown (?) broken render on an external wall. My Dad suggested scrubbing it all down and applying SBR (?) then applying new render. A lot of the render is hollow when tapped, so I'm scared to start working on it incase...
