    Cracks on facade's render - subsidence?

    Hello, I see there are a plenty of questions like these. We moved to this property not long ago and there were a few cracks on the facade with this one mostly being very prominent. Could this be a subsidence since it's run as if it's stepped? The inside of the property has cracks as well but...

    paint coming off brick

    guys what do I do with these bricks ?? ( maybe i keep the plant :LOL:) there is paint over paint, should i try to use a not too aggressive paint stripper (Biostrip plus) ? not really sure if the bricks are in decent shape under that, or i will end up to need a render on it
