ikea waste leaking

Hi, I have bubbles coming from my sink waste, it looks like there nay be a while where a washing machine waste would normally go? There's also a slight gap round a tube that goes in to another hole next to it. I guess I can fill that with plumber mait? Not sure what to do with the other though...
