    XPS insulation below DPC in trench...

    Hi Guys, Any issues with placing 50mm xps insulation slabs externally in the trench below dpc/ground level before backfill? To help with insulating the building? Please see pics.

    Concrete foundation shuttering / fence panel?

    Hi Guys, So i have my trenches dug amd in certain areas due to limited space for the digger the trench is dug a bit wider (80-90cm) - i have some old fence panels lying around.... Will these work to shutter the trench?

    Concrete foundation notation

    Hi we have some structural calcuations and drawings which ask for the following: "Minimum foundation formation level 1000mm from ground level" "New 450 M/C Trench Foundation" Does this mean that we need a trench foundation like the following? Thanks!
