window frame

Our big front window-frame is decades old and is rotted. Until i get a company in to install a new window, how can i cover this rot up in bottom right-hand corner? Thanks.

Please can you tell me what I should do to fix this rotten wood next to the window frame. Should I add wood filler? Or remove the rotten wood and fill with cement? Or something else? Thank you for your help.
