04 ford fiesta problem with air manifold

I done injectors copper washers and seals started ACR AND AIR IS BLOWING OUT at one rubber o ring on manifold .Changed o rings but still smoke blowing back out of one chamber any advice

Steady on mate - is this a 1.4 TDCi per chance?
Whats the history? Do you think you've dropped a valve?
