I have freed the pin by tapping body and it springs back. Hot pipe on flow side of valve. Bled and water comes out. All other 5 rads ok(4 have TRV'S). Why doesn't rad get hot? Any ideas?

if the flow pipe is hot is the edge of the rad getting hot ?
is it turned off
if not then turn all other rads off and turn heating on see if it makes noise then bled it
