Hi there,

I have one radiator in the house which is always cold, all the others work fine. The baffling part is the pipe leading up to the radiator is hot, and it's even as hot as far as the manual valve, however beyond that the radiator won't heat up. At first glance it might appear the valve is the problem (I'm not the most knowledgable on plumbing), if that is the case how would I go about remedying it? If not, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Before I forget, I did try bleeding said radiator but clear water came out immediately.

Thanks,

Jon

Take thermo top off so you expose valve spray wd40 leave for minute then with srewdriver press the small brass thing in middle up down to release valve.

Thanks for the suggestion. Before I try it, though, does it matter that the valve is not a TRV?
