One cold radiator.

I have one radiator downstairs that is cold and the rest are hot. Had the valves replaced recently but the radiator has gone cold.

Tried bleeding it but cold water just comes out. The pipes leading into the radiator, one is cold and the other is warm.

I don't know what else to try. Any ideas are welcomed?
 
would say its airlocked then.
try shutting the others to give full flow to the cold one.
