Elderly lady has a radiator which is not working but all the rest are fine.
I have tried the TRV and the pin is coming up fine also the valve on the other side is open. It doesn't need bleeding as i have tried this as well. I'm not a diy person so not sure where to look next.
Any suggestions out there as the plumber is up to his eyes in in this weather as you can imagine.
