145v TN-S supply

Hi Guy`s
Today was at a friends and was just testing the voltage and EFLI on his TN`S supply and was getting 145v between line and neutral at the incomer.
230v reading to earth as normal but this low reading has be baffled.

Assume lights were dim and appliances not functioning?

Did you measure N-E?

I would call the DNOs emergency number and tell them you have discovered a probable broken or damaged supply neutral

In the meantime DO NOT work on any part of the install that is only single pole isolated.
