1954 single brick outhouse advice req terrace for hot tub

Hi I'm looking for advice on if I can install some railings around the top of my outhouse roof / some kind of solid wooden gazebo with detachable canvas side and roof screens to accommodate an inflatable hot tub . The outhouse is in very good condition single bricked with concrete slabbed roof .

Water is very heavy, out house roofs are not normally designed to be load bearing.

A structural engineer might be able to calculate the load the roof beams were designed to carry when first installed.
