hi, i'm having problems with my drivers side electric window, the switch was sticking in the "closed" position and this made the window a pain in the 4rse to open, now all of a sudden it's stopped working. i've been to the scrappy and got myself a new switch, but now all that happens it i hear a clicking noise when i depress the switch, it's coming from the centre column, under the handbreak lever (there is a slight recess type thing i tend to sling my mobile in) i've tried to remove the plastic center console thing, but i can figure out how to remove it to locate the source of the clicking. i have located the two screws and removed them from the cassette holder thing in between the drivers and passenger seats, but i cant figure out how to get the rest of it off.

PLEASE HELP ITS DRIVING ME NUTS NOT HAVING AN OPENING WINDOW!!

Kind Regards

Oobie

first thing id do is pop the door panel off and check you have power to the window motor when you operate the switch,it only takes a few minutes to remove the panel,at least you will know if the relay is switching or not and may save taking the centre console out
