Hey,

I'm looking at this sink - http://www.sinks-taps.com/item-5408-MYTHOS_MMX651_Kitchen_Sink_with_FREE_ACCESSORIES.aspx - and would like the smallest trap available, with spigots for both washing machine and dishwasher.

Or is it better to get 2 single traps, each with a single spigot?

The single waste assembly would work, worst case scenario should waste and/or pipes gunge up and both appliances discharge simultaneously then the excess flow would reappear in the sink(s) until it can drain back and away. If run from sink position to drain is excessive then maybe worth upgrading waste pipe to 50mm. (Would need to be 50mm if run is longer than 3m anyway.)
