2 lights on at once

There is no Black or Grey wire (in the new picture) so there must be a junction box somewhere.

However, as there are only three wires connected to that switch, without some rewiring somewhere else, it looks like the outside light will have to stay as it is.

Did you check the loose brown wire to see if it is live ?
