Sorry novice to this, Ive got no hot water and after bleeding my rads, I have my landing (main one) and bedroom rad working, bathroom doesnt ? Ive checked the pump and it seems to be working as it is humming. All pipes are red hot in the airing cupboard. I have a baxi wm382rs. Please help.

2 rads working u/stairs,none d/stairs ? no hot water either

Check for air bleed next to h/w cyl and bleed. If not do you get water out of all upstairs rads bleed point?
Try turning off h/w & all but one rad that doesn't work to push air lock through.
Don't assume pump is ok just because it seems it is spinning
