2 storey extension costs

Hi,

New to this site and this world of building? Wondering if anyone could help with some ball part figures for some extension works done for our home. Our home is a 1900's mid terrace. We have looked into creating an extra bedroom, the obvious place would be the loft, for which we have got some approximate costs as our neighbours have had theirs done.

In an ideal world I would prefer enlarging our kitchen, by building into the side return and extending slightly further at the back. I would like to consider this to be a 2 storey by making the bathroom and bedroom upstairs larger. Has anyone got any ideas on costs for this. Please see my crude plans of before and after.
