2003 seceuro glide automated

Hi,
I cannot find the original settings on a seceuroglide 2003 automated garage control panel.
It says it is RF03?
I have no idea what’s wrong.
Both the motor and control panel work but not together

Motor only works when pressed where the red arrow is.

I take it the remote and the buttons do not work?

Remote does not work but I think I have probably deactivated them by meddling inside the control panel.
The buttons with the red arrow do work.
The manual does not show the correct original setting on the dip switches.
I beleive I need to set it up
again
