so if the inside temperature is 12 degrees, after a cold night, and the external temperature is 18 degrees do to sunny morning, will the rads be on?
What about in the evening, when the inside tempertature is 22C due to a sunny day and good insulation, and the outside temp has fallen to 8C due to clear frosty evening? Will the rads be on?
This poster had no room stat. Why wouldn't that be the first thing to do?
