28CDi Overpressure

My Worcester-bosch 28CDi seems to be pressurising itself! the pressure rises to mains inlet pressure over a few hours unless the mains input is turned off, whereupon it will stay at whatever pressure (1.5bar) I set it at. The filling loop is removed so I think there must be an internal leak somewhere. The PV is presurised. Anybody got any ideas?
