30cxi low CH heat out put

This is about 3 years old and I have to say its been ok so far!
The problem is the heating takes ages to eventually get any where near warm in the rads.
The "flame" indicator is only ever on one and the running temp never gets to that which is set.
The boiler seems to think a low temp has been set.
House is feeling quite cold now the ambient outside temp has dropped.
My dorts BF installs these for BG and says he has never come across this problem.
The boiler doesnt have any additional or wireless t/stats fitted and the hot water side is working correctly.
Searched the net and here but cant find any info on this particular issue.

What is a Dort ?

Just because someone installs boilers it doesn't mean he knows how to repair them!

The boiler is three years old.

When was it last serviced?

if i was freezing me tits off i would just get it mended . In all reality you prob wont be able to repair it yourself & are just prolonging the inconvenience of poor heating.
