42 day notice neighbour objection

Yep. It's a bit of a mess. Nevertheless, that's how things stand. The notice gets sent to the town hall, and the clock starts ticking. If the notice only gets to the desk of the planning department three days later, then tant pis; There are 39 days left.

The works must comply with the relevant PD rules, but it's not actually within the remit of the Council to confirm that they do (although one imagines that they might mention it if they realised that they don't)
