5" shower rose fitting. Universal?

Not expecting to replace just the flat holey part, but is the fitting on the end of the J pipe universal?

Well, I'd have thought so.

But you can always check that yours is with a 1/2 " bsp nut/fitting, assuming it is then make sure what ever replacement you get has the same.

I thought it probable, but I'm more a gas man, this is a bit "wet" for my liking. Haven't been there but cust wants to know if she needs a new arm.
I'll get a head on the way - saves a trip.
