I need to remove the smoke detector from my Abacus Burglar Alarm System. Does anyone know if this is just a case of removing a zone?
The reason is that the Smoke detector is tripping all the time, probably a fault with the circuit board which plugs into the detector as it works OK when I stick a battery in it. The other reason I think it might be the circuit board is that I think I blew it up when I stuck a chisel through the front door cable.
