Hello, my alarm went off whilst away, i came home light flashing on box and did the usual put pin number in and then reset but now its locked on Attack light red and the day light green is on, it won't let me do anything on the keypad, please help

Have got a panic button on your system ?
The attack light suggests that the panic button has been pressed ?
Are you sure its attack and not tamper ?

Do to have a small plastic key to put in panic button to turn to reset the button.
