Accused bugged in jail is freed over hired killing

mmmm ! I wonder what was said ?
I hope there was nothing, although privileged, which should have lead the solicitor to believe his client was guilty ... He is not SUPPOSED to know or feel that is he ?

It is a bit extreme to hire someone to kill the guy your wife ran off with... I'd have just had his legs broken.

I wonder what the other cases that ran free because of this "c*ck-up" were. If they were other cases where you might think "I can see why he did it", perhaps this is some reverse vigilantism from the police?

The shooting in question happened on the very street where I lived at the time.
