Morning, can anyone help me

My central heating and water decide to turn themselves on when set to off. No lights show on the programme display. The clock is correct, but from time to time the system switches on. Any ideas what it could be, or what to do...?

Does your system have motorised valves usually in airing cupboard just by pump .there is a microswitch in these that sticks and gives live to boiler and pump bring them on even though clock is off
