If 50mm Rockwool RW3 Acoustic Insulation Slab is positioned within a stud wall

would it make any discernible acoustic difference to additionally place Everbuild AC95 Acoustic Sealant between the sound-resistant plasterboard joints?

The wall will also get plastered.

on the face of it why not but you could ask the Mfr's.
fwiw, i dont know much about this subject but i understand that sound mostly transmits through solids like walls and joists?
