I am trying to change a light socket on my landing which controls 2 lights. One of these lights is only controlled from this socket, the other light is controlled from 2 other switches also.

I therefore have 3 cables coming into the socket;

The switch cable : contains 1 red, 1 blue and 1 yellow cable
2 Link cables; each contain 1 red, 1 blue and 1 yellow cable - the yellows have been joined.

I cannot find a replacement socket - can anyone help??

It sounds like you are looking for an intermediate+single switch. Where are the cables currently connected?

:?: Do you know where I can purchase one of these 'intermediate + single' switches as I have been unable to find one searching the internet.

:?: Have tried screwfix but they don't seem to do "intermediate + switches"

Can you suggest anyone else?

It would help to know where the cables are currently connected. Most electrical wholesalers should carry a double switch, one of which is an intermediate.
