Adding insulation board to current rafters

I have 65mm insulation board between rafters, If I was to add more could I use 75mm plaster board screws to hold the insulation board against rafters and then plasterboard them with 100mm plasterboard screws. Is it ok to have the refters hold 65mm insulation board and plasterboard?
