Adding OT thermostat to boiler that has WC already fitted

Hi just wondering if they would work nicely together on an ideal logic combi with WC already fitted, and then I add an OT smart thermostat?

Not likely to be worth it with a Logic. There's only so much glitter you can get to stick to any particular turd

I know, but got it free through my energy company years back so too new to change, but will their be any problems connecting a thermostat via the OT terminals?
