How tight of a bend can I sensibly put on 15mm (JG) Barrier pipe? ...... Or will I have to use elbows under the rads ?

Would I be better off using copper for the visable bits ?

The only half neat way to connect direct to rads in speedfit is to use a street elbow on the valve, assuming your pipe work is suitably arranged for this.
