Additional Radiators

How sad am I thinking about doing work on my new house when it's Christmas Eve.

Basically, we've moved into a 2-up, 2-down. We have a radiator in the kitchen and one in the main bedroom but we are missing radiators in the living room and the small rear bedroom.

Is it a big job to get an additional 2 radiators? How much would we be looking at roughly?

1. What route would the pipework take, and how much underfloor work would there have to be?

2. Can the existing heat source support the extra output?

So, where's the boiler, what is it, and what is the route of the existing pipework?
