Adjusting lock roller on a really old UPVC window

Hi, I've moved into a new flat and having an issue with 1 window. I've replaced the seal round the window and it has helped but the lock roller is not pulling in tight enough so leaving a gap. All the Youtube videos show newer style windows, mine are really old and doesn't have a mark on the lock roller and a standard Allen key is too big to fit. I tried oiling it but not differnce. Any idea how I can adjust it?

That looks like a torx not an allen
