ADT Honeywell Galaxy system - no access code

hello all - i have moved into a house and have no access codes for the alarm. Seems the previous owner fell out with ADT due their £58 a month contract!

ADT won't come out to me as I also don't want to spend the £800 a year.

What I really want is to just be able to set it and not worry about the active monitoring.

Question - can anyone at all help me with resetting the user codes so I can do this? I don't know where to start.
