Advice on possible locations for a range cooker in this kitchen?

So we want to get a new cooker and we want a 90cm range, but the space where the cooker is currently can't be expanded. Therefore, I wonder if there's another potential location for the cooker. Where would you put it?

The space on the left seems like a possible option—currently it's just a dumping ground, and putting it there would free up counter space in front of the window, which is a bonus. Only problem is there's a rad underneath, and I don't know where else that could go. (The wall behind the camera is all units).

Im thinking is that boxed in pipes or structural

If you move to the left wall you could remove rad , but if you feel you need heating in kitchen install a plinth heater below base cupboard.
