I am located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada where the temperature varies considerably from winter to summer.
I have a house with fairly large areas of flat roof. The membrane is a type of black rubber without any granulation on it. It gets a lot of direct sunlight and I have noticed it is getting fine cracks and wonder if I can prevent it breaking down and leaking by applying a liquid waterproofing treatment with a roller.
I would like some advice about this and, if it is feasible, what type/brand of treatment I should use.
