Heating system with tanks in loft and cylinder in cupboard. 3 bathroom house

Positives
Plenty of heating and hot water

Negatives
Air keeps getting into one ground floor and one bedroom radiator. Have to bleed them every week. Not hydrogen I’ve tested with jar.
There is sludge in some pipes (magnet test)
Very low pressure in showers

Concerns
I want to replace all three bathrooms but need all this sorted first.
Is the air likely to be a leak on the ground floor or sludge? Should I get a leak specialist in or a powerflush?
Should I replace with a large combi and all new pipes?

Any advice appreciated
