I have recently fitted a new shoer pump for a freind in the loft .
22 mm pipe from the cold water tank and surrey valve and 22mm pipe from the hot water tank .
pipes come out of pump streight up accross and down to the shower , all works ok but after a day or so when you turn a hot water tap on in the house the pump tries to kick in on its own and keeps going until you run the shower?

i persume this is an airlock ? i have bled the system a few times and put full mains pressure thrue the hot water system as well which sorts the problem for abot a day,
does anyone know what else i can do? could i fir releif valves on the highest points? :?:
