Alph 240E making very strange noise even when it is switched of from the mains. when it happens last week, the pressure was low, so I filled up and the noise disappear. the pressure now is at one and there is no demand for DHW or CH the noise stared again and it stays even when I switch it off the mains. any idea why.?

Are you sure it’s the boiler? Do you have any dripping taps anywhere?
doubt very much if it is the boiler, unless you are losing boiler pressure with it electrically isolated

1/4 turn taps can make a horrific vibrating rumbling noise.
