hi... im a plumber meself...this alpha has hot water but no heating... can any1 help me ..... this boiler has had a new PCB and a PRIMARY SENSOR ..... has anyone got any suggestions as alpha's technical can't seem to help me ...??

check a demand for heating at the boiler
Thanks for lookin at my question but obviously the boiler is on demand .. Just nothink happenin atall !
Are your external controls working,what lights are on the boiler,does pump run???
Hi.. The boiler has a factry set link in frm day 1 there arnt any external controls, light b is flashin every 5 seconds whitch is normal also the pump is runnin as we have water !! Its as if theres nothin there no fault !
