Alpha CD28C No Heating

Boiler fires up for 20secs then stops, no heat being pumped to rads, hot water at the pump, the pump sounds like its running okay. Hot water is perfect.....
Help please....

Methinks you need a boiler engineer!

sounds like a diverter valve problem either the shuttles or the motor , basically your boiler is stuck in HW mode
