Boiler about 6 years old. First system pressure would occasionally drop, repressurized and ok, now no hot water light B on constant. Turned main switch to re-set and power back. Indications from fault finding suggested replacing ignition generator, on stripping boiler it was found that the Primary Heat Exchanger had corroded and was leaking. I live in Weymouth where there is a lot of salt in the air and this is what my plumber considered as the problem, the salt in the air corroding the aluminum vanes. If this is true people need to consider the area they live before installing one of these.
