Alpha Combi depressurised

We have an Alpha Combi CB24x, which has mysteriousy depressurised last evening. Needle on gauge at zero, no HW/CH. Cannot raise installer to help or Alpha helpline.

1. Why has this happened?
2. Is there anything simple I can try myself?

Thanks. Found lots, but i think its all beyond me. I'll call the plumber tomorrow and get the kettle on.
