Hi there
a friend has just moved in to a house where there has been a new central heating system installed. There is an Altec circulating pump next to the hot water cylinder upstairs. The pump runs even though the programmer is not set to heating or water. It stops running only when I turn off the programmer at the electrical spur switch. There are 2x three way valves fitted in the vicinity.
Is this a faulty Pump, Valve or Programmer? They all seem very new if not brand new
Thank you for any help.
