It appears to be a 'full speed' spin. All the water is pumped out during initial start of spin. It runs for 3-5 minutes (spin cycle). When the spin cycle stops, I can hear a little 'water sloshing'. Removing the clothes, most of the top layers (of clothes) are spun 'dry', but the ones at the bottom of the tub are still soaked. There is no visible water standing at the botton of the tub. I removed the hose (from the tub to pump), and inspected the tub opening for obstruction (none visible). Is the wash machine not spinning fast or long enough? Any suggestions?
